Academy Program
For those who have no chill.
Irish dance is frankly, too much of our lives, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The Academy program at ODA consists of dancers 18+ who wish to continue their dance training in a structured, competitive (and fun) environment. Appropriate for dancers proficient in both hard shoe and soft shoe dances and who wish to compete, perform and/or commit to ongoing classes.

Academy Schedule
All adult classes held in Long Island City.
Tuesdays
7:30-8:30PM - Ceili Madness
8:30-9:30PM - Adv. Adults
Thursdays
7:30-8:30PM - Int. & Champs Hardshoe Drills
8:30-9:30PM - Adv. Adults
Saturdays
9:30-11AM - Oireachtas Team
11:45-12:30 - Ceili Team
Privates & Small Group Instruction
Dancers can schedule additional private lessons (or semi-private lessons) with our instructors. Location will be determined by availability and by the dancer. Pricing is dependent on location and availability - please email for more information and to schedule a session.
Tuition
Monthly Tuition Rates
1 hr/week: $140
2hr/week: $210 ($26.25/class)
4hr/week: $330 (Best deal - down to $20 per class!)

Adult Academy includes weekday classes only and does not include Saturday Oireachtas classes. Financial aid for students and work-exchange opportunities available - please contact us directly for more information.
